- NOT MORE THAN 3 CAPSULES have been used out of the entire product quantity purchased.
- You must first fill out and submit the Request to Return form on this page to enable us identify your purchase.
- Goods must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the purchase date and you are responsible for the shipping.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount, minus the shipping and handling costs.
- To prevent fraud, only the buyer will be refunded via the credit or debit card used for the purchase.
